- We proudly notify you every step of the way to eliminate any worry. as soon as your inclusions arrived to us safely we notify you via email as well as each crafting step.

- Every Keepsake made through Beyond Love Creations comes with a care instructions card and an impregnated polishing cloth to keep your jewellery looking brand new
- Each pieces comes with a hand written and personalized note. tucked away safely in a soft pink velvet pouch alongside your loved ones remains or inclusions
- Your jewellery will be safely and securely packaged in a beautiful box which is delicately wrapped in layers of soft white tissues paper for safe traveling
- Free and complimentary polishing and inspections once a year
- If there is ever a fault with a accent stone or your ring gets scratched please send it back and we can assess this promptly

- We lovingly craft your pieces with the most utmost attention and care. We allow 10 weeks from when we receive your inclusions to completely your order.
